Commenting on the architecture. Beautiful building. Was there for a funeral and couldn't believe how much the beautiful church enhanced the ceremony.

Was just leaving the Memorial Day ceremony in Center Park & was enjoying listening to the chimes playing hymns, when it suddenly stopped mid-song!! ????

My eldest brother recently passed away and I was planning his memorial service. He lived in Manchester however he didn't attend church. In looking and asking around, Rev. Joyce O. Crutchfield and the Center Congregational Church was recommended to me as a possible place for the service. I called Rev. Crutchfield and she couldn't have made it any easier for me. She was welcoming, helpful and supportive. We had Dave's service in the Federation Room at the church. The sexton took care of everything and Rev. Crutchfield was wonderful. Considering the reason we were there, it simply couldn't have gone better. I will always be appreciative to Rev. Crutchfield and the Center Congregational Church for taking our family under their wing during this difficult time. I only wished I lived closer so that I could attend CCC on a regular basis. Good people!!
