I just have to tell you how wonderful Sue has been as a designer. She just finished our second project together. First was my Master Bedroom in My New England Home. Absolutely loved all the pieces and design. Sue's vision was spot on. Our Second project is a whole home in Naples, Florida. She listened and heard all my requests. She picked out the most amazing furniture that fits me and My family. I was so excited as every piece was placed. Thank you Thank you :) I am looking forward to project #3.

Outstanding design services provided by Aileen Kennedy at Ethan Allen. We were thrilled with the unique pieces available for our high-ceilinged great room including living room, music corner, and kitchen counter. Aileen took our choices to another level with her recommendations for color and texture of fabric and design accents. Both pricing and turnaround time were reasonable. Delivery and set up was done with great care, and Aileen was there to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Although my partner had experience with Ethan Allen and Aileen, this was my first experience with the store and with a personal design consultant. Surpassed my expectations and this is how I will shop for furnishings from now on!
When my husband and I purchased our forever home this past summer, we knew we wanted to invest in furniture that would last. We went to a few other furniture stores and didn’t find anything that had good quality. When we arrived at Ethan Allen, we were greeted and introduced to Aileen. She is by far the nicest, most patient “sales person” I have ever come across. She has a beautiful eye for design, offered up her opinions, and didn’t pressure us into buying anything we didn’t want. She gave so many options, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Her patience with my indecisiveness was something to admire. With the backlog in furniture design, Aileen has kept us up to date with our order. She checked in when pieces were delivered to see how we liked them and also sent larger swatches so we could piece together to room with other decor. We will for sure be working with Aileen again in the future for all of our other furniture purchases.
Aileen in the Manchester location was fantastic! She not only gave us her own design direction with EA's product and color palettes on two new chairs (fabric and leather), but also worked with swatches from purchases we were making outside EA to pull our living room together. We will definitely be getting her advice again in the future as we refurnish our house!
