From the service at the front desk to the installations in the garage the staff was informed, kind, but also realistic. They did not try to oversell, undersell, but rather gave me exactly what I wanted without paying thousands for a 1% improvement. They also ran into issues from my previous installer and not only took the time to fix them, but were very reasonable about the cost to do so as well. This is an amazing team and I will only use them in the future.

My son has a 1991 Jeep YJ that he is bringing back to life and Extreme Audio put the exclamation point on it. Rob and his team walked me through some options and got us to a solution that works. Most importantly it sounds awesome. Our jeep is old. Rob didn't just push the system in, he cleaned up some old installments. Rob and his team are on point, friendly and professional. What can I said, I had an awesome time talking to the owner and the staff. Shout out to Sean one of the Technician there, he help me fix the issue I was having with retaining the top screen of my car when adding Apple CarPlay in dash to my car. They fix as well as exceeded my expectation. Great group of people. Would highly recommend them.

I recently took my WRX here for a new LED Headlight system and troubleshoot a few audio issues. Joshua who helped me was extremely communicative throughout my service and answered all my questions easily. The install was fast and they even cleaned up the wasps nest of wires that was left behind by another shop. Prices were extremely fair given the high level of service. When I decided to upgrade the factory stereo in my 2006 Miata I had several options. Seeing as we're in the middle of a pandemic I thought this could be a good pandemic project. I could buy what I need on line, save a little money, and try my hand at car stereo installation. I quickly tossed that idea when faced with the complexity of an installation in a very small space, a seemingly unlimited selection of electronics and speakers, little or no technical support and my wife's objections. I rejected the big box stores as NOT too big to fail; I've had bad luck with their journeyman installers on other vehicles. Then I contacted the Mazda dealership in town and asked them if they do sound system installations. The service manager suggested I go to Extreme Audio as that's where they bring their new cars for upgraded components. He was correct. From the moment I got to Extreme Audio I felt comfortable. Rob Lewis, the owner of Extreme Audio (with more than 30 years of installation experience himself) had one of his technicians come out to my Miata to listen to what I had and discuss what I was looking for in a sound system. After reviewing the available options within my budget I settled on an Alpine system with JBL component speakers. My installation was completed in a timely manner and I was able to see photos of the work as it progressed; Rob likes to keep a photo record of his work for reference. I was so happy with the new system that I returned to have an additional speaker installed in the dashboard to improve the sound when I have the top down, which is always! Rob, Shawn, Joe and Joshua treated me as a valued customer and I wouldn't hesitate to refer others to Extreme Audio for their car stereo needs. They are truly professionals.
