I have difficulty getting through to this Webster st office. The message you are given has some useless options. You are told to dial 9 to speak to anseering serve and then it disconnects. It has open on the website and it's closed. You need a referral and you wait weeks for it. Then they advise they have a wrong phone to the referral. And you begin the wait all over. Covid is here and it's important but some patients are moving on and need plain old medical care and the world is all about Covid. And no we don't need the ER and no we don't Need Urgent Care. We need a referral and not months later.

I loved them until my old doctor retired. I was then bounced around and ended up with Kirk Duwel. He was aweful. He made me feel dumb, he was condescending, and didnt care what my input was because I \am not a doctor\. I left with no further answers and recieved no help. I will never go to that doctor again.

I've been with them for 4 years and have had 3 different primary care doctors which moves my yearly physical appointments around constantly so I have only had 3 in the 4 years I have been there and i can hardly ever get in for a short notice appointment. EDIT: moved down to one star. I had the worst appointment i have ever had with any dr with Dr. Kirk Duwel. I do not recommend going here. Its been 3 days and I can't return to work until they send my dr note to my job, but they are claiming I never got a dr note and do not want to reach out to the dr to see what is going on.

I really hate to complain but from the doctor to the receptionists this place has been extremely difficult to deal with. Waiting on my medical marijuana \sign off for over a month\.When I call it's as if I'm talking to a person who has no clue what to do.
