I went to Mill Store in Manchester, CT for the first time today. I worked with Susan. She was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions, and even helped me try out different arrangements. I walked away with a beautiful wooden patio table at a great price, and 2 more items that I'll be retuning to purchase when they come back in stock. I'm a reluctant shopper, so encountering some one as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as Susan was a fantastic experience. Everyone with whom I interacted was upbeat and cheerful. I will definitely be back, and am also going to refer people to check them out, too, before they go anywhere else!
