I have been to the store in Massachusetts and wasn’t very happy with the sales department!!! I waited to talk to a salesman for over a half hour. As the salesman approached me another customer, walked up to him and he told me that he would be right with me and left me there for another half hour so I walked out!! I thought I would give the other location a try and after more than three emails I still can’t get an answer on a motorcycle that I would like to buy. I bet if I was looking for a new Indian motorcycle they would have gotten back to me!!! Poor service in SALES, imagine after they get your money. Update!!! After trying for days to get an answer ANDREW from the N.H. store emailed me that the bike I was interested in was “on hold and under contract “ maybe if he had gotten back to me sooner than ONE WEEK!!! It might still be available! The bike I was interested in was an old Honda “as is” sale with little commission involved and I know in my heart that if I wanted to buy a new Indian this ANDREW SCHWARTZ would be all over me like I was his best friend!! The bike I was looking for was a replacement for the bike I bought new in 2003 and crashed last July and it was totaled . I’m an old man and I prefer carburetors to fuel injection and this 2004 Honda VTX 1300c was the only year for the carburetor. I was SUPER excited when I found this bike and tried very hard to buy it so thanks for nothing MOM’S usually people who are in the motorcycle culture help each other out so this is why I’m going out of my way to tell you that I’ve given MOM’S two tries and at TWO different locations and walked away not only disappointed, but almost ANGRY??? This is the bike I crashed and wanted to replace. I am a auto body man and spent lots of time customizing it and was looking forward to starting over on a new bike. Anyone else got a 1300c for sale?

very friendly staff made it nice to shop for a used bike, once I decided on a bike, I wanted to add a few aftermarket items to it. The Parts dept. was very helpful they not only found what I wanted but they also met the prices that I found online. Very satisfied customer
I have bought 3 motorcycles here and trust them.... This service department is reasonably priced...ask for mike in sales..tell him scott sent you...best deals around !!!!
After spending a season of not owning a bike after my engine went on my last bike, I decided to test a few here and there. Mike and Ryan were patient and understanding and just overall stand up guys. Finally towards the end of the season I settled on a beautiful bike a bit of back and fourth on negotiations and we came to an agreement. Now I am just waiting for spring to take it out and bring it home.
