The technician came out and diagnosed my dishwasher with a bad pump. I paid 200 to have it ordered. Had to wait a couple weeks for the part to come in, and then when it did they scheduled a repair. All of this was a great experience and I felt good about choosing reliable. Then it went all down hill. Jan 9 a tech came out, removed my toe kickplate. He lost the screw and said I could get one at home depot or something, and put it back so it was sticking out. Things happen that didn't bother me too much. Then he said I did not need the pump. Rinsed my sprayer arms out and said to add half the soap I normally used because of my waters denseness. This did not fix my problem. I was also not reimbursed for the part they first told me I needed and did not install on my machine. I don't know what they are doing there but I'm livid. I have had several emails with Tammy Burt on how I feel ripped off because I paid for a part that was not installed and my dishwasher is still broken. They have not reimbursed me for the part they never installed and have not fixed my dishwasher. Garbage customer service and even worse work. They either lied to me from the beginning or the second technician has no idea what he's doing. Either way over 300 bucks and my dishwasher is still not working and they made me pay for a part they never installed. In my eyes that is stealing. She just keeps emailing me that she is looking into it and every three to four days I have to reach out for an update and plead to have my money given back for services that did not fix anything and a part they never installed. Miss diagnosed or second technician not knowing what to do, not my problem and not my company. You should give me my money back, it's not right or fair.

Extremely poor service. Would NOT recommend at all. It takes two months to get a service call. The guy is NOT prepared to service the machine AND books me out three months later. After eating three months for an appointment, they didn’t show... sitting. Waiting. Again booked out three months again.. sat and waited. No show. Lying pieces of trash. Would definitely NOT use this company. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING.

A guy working there has some awful anger issues. You probably shouldn’t talk to people the way he did while driving a company van... embarrassing

Our dryer, which we bought at Lowe's, gets heavy use and was not working properly. We called 3 different service repair companies and Reliable Appliance Service was the only one that responded to our messages. We were given a date for them to come out and a time frame of 7-9 a.m. Our technician, Craig, arrived promptly at 7:30. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in just under an hour. He also took the time to explain some ways to increase the efficiency and safety of our dryer and checked our vent outside. He was professional, efficient, and personable. By the way, my dryer is working like a charm. :)

Purchased a 5 year warranty from Barons in Salem NH, my Samsung Range needs a new sensor because it heats up too high and burns everything and sets off our fire alarm. Have not been able to use my oven since August. First apt for the “diagnose” was in September, waited 3 weeks for a 5 minute appointment to be told they will order the part make an appointment for October 20th, a month away to repair. Prior to the 20th they changed the date to the 27th of October and now just sent me a text changing it to November 17th! Unacceptable! Oh but I’m on the cancellation list. Will be visiting Barons next! update: 10/26/2020 , I received a call late Friday the 23rd and they sent a repair service person over to fix the oven sensor today the 26th. I appreciate the fast follow up but not the many delays. Thankful to have an oven again, and grateful for the service.

My fridge/ freezer breaks that we purchased from Baron's, and this company can't come until 4 days later ( we purchased a 5 year warranty).Than they tell us it'll be over 2 weeks until the part comes in? Absolutely ridiculous. This fridge is the #1 brand supposedly and there's no freezer fans already in stock? This is an extremely common issue and the fridge is only 3 years old. Seriously incredibly disappointing.. .I truly don't understand any of this. UPDATE: We received a call to setup an early appt from this company, and someone came out to repair. The gentleman, Brandon who serviced my freezer was absolutely wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I want to pass on a great, big thank you to him. Please give this guy a raise!!!
