When I first started looking for a job after moving back to the NH area, they sounded like a great company to work with- I shortly found out that they don’t care what you’re looking for as far as a commute or income- they will push anything on you in order to get that commission. Fast forward a year and I’m still getting emails from them so I figured I’d look for a remote position given the times we are in. After being told my resumé would be a hard sell, I won’t be returning to this agency to look for work. I found the demeanor of the recruiter to be completely unprofessional and rude, they are clearly just working for the companies and not the people who are looking for work.

They never follow up. The main goal is to collect resumes so they can claim to have a huge talent pool. I worked with them both as a hiring manager, and a client, and was consistently let down. The story changes depending who you talk to. They are a waste of time.

A friend recommended them to me. I thought they were so great! I was so upset when i found out they were not so good. I was looking for a job closer to home because i drive almost 1 hour each way to work and have children that go to school in Manchester. Anyway every time they called me they never knew why i was looking for a job. I clearly told them i was looking for something closer and a job that is looking to hire not temp work. they offered me a position in CMC which i thought would be GREAT because it's 2 mins from home! went to the interview etc and came to find out paid 14.00 per hour and was a temp job 4 to 6 weeks work. i told the guy that was trying to get me in i could not afford to take a job that is only few weeks. he kept calling and insisting that i take it! he said i would be a priority in finding something else. I have children i cant be jumping from job to job! They should have told me that they dont place people for permanent positions simple.

I signed on with them some time ago and have not been matched with ANYTHING. And the offers they do come to me with range from 12 - 15 dollars an hour with an hour commute! I told them my expected salary (I have a few years of HR experience) They aren't even coming close. I too was brought in to the office just to complete their paperwork under the guise of a promising position. Lastly, they never get back to me with an update when they do put me in for an opportunity. I've had much better success with The Nagler Group.

Beware job seekers. They will call you in with a \position\ that matches your background precisely. But when you dress up, prepare to be interviewed, take 1/2-day out of your schedule, and show up, guess what? You fill out all of their forms and then you find out the \job\ is no longer available. You leave with big promises that they will call you back soon. In one year's time, they will call you back with the same story line. You will repeat the performance only to get the same results. Basically they are just padding their resume database. I wouldn't mind this if they would just be upfront about it. I don't need to put on my best interview suit to go down and fill out forms for a non-existent position. This just gets your hopes up only be to discouraged. I hate this type of dishonesty. I won't work with people who can't give you the straight story. Headhunters have a bad name for a reason. Some do a great job and always level with you. You should stick with one or two firms where you can develop a respectful relationship. I think RHT is just too big and it's all about numbers.
