Seems like you have to stay on top in this store, Taylor Rental Manchester, if you rent from them. Staff lack professional communication, not very nice, irresponsible and didn’t appear to want to build a good reputable relationship with customer. I hope not ever attempt to do business with them.

My wife rented a soft-serve ice cream machine this afternoon for an event at work. Equipment was new and employee was very friendly and took the time to explain how to use it even though directions were included. He talked about how he used it for a couple days to learn how it worked best. I was impressed by the time he spent with us when he could have just loaded into the car and left us to figure it out on our own.
This place is awesome! You can rent tools to build a house, make your yard beautiful or clean a drain and more! Now that brought my own house I think about this place all the time. Just last week I rented a concrete mixer to pour a concrete slab. They also have party rentals from tables, chair, dishes and linens to pop corn or frozen drink machines. We got our tent and wedding supplies from Taylor. The staff there was so knowledgeable and friendly. They made us feel like we were their only customer and really helped us plan our big day.
