Just had an amazing party for my 9 year old at Urban Air Manchester. The staff here really do go above and beyond to make the whole thing stress free for parents so you can actually spend time celebrating with your kids. Our party host Justin was top-notch and he attended to every detail during our event with a smile. We had a little problem upon arrival and the manager Joe came right over to sort everything out and made sure our party was even better than we had planned. With service like that we will definitely be recommending this place to everyone ... not to mention the kids had a blast!
We came here for a birthday party for the first time ever. The party experience was pretty awesome. The kids had so much fun but as a parent I really am not a fan of the setup they have. You can easily lose sight of your kids anywhere in here unless youre right on top of them the whole time.
A little pricey, but really nice attentive staff, very friendly, and everything is top notch quality.
With three teenage boys I've been to a few of these trampoline parks and Urban Air is excellent! I highly recommend getting the "parent pass". It's a great deal and I had a blast enjoying the activities with my boys. Urban Air has so many different activities we spent hours there.
Came here for my god daughter's cousin's birthday and really didn't know what to expect. The kids had a blast but what stood out more than anything was the service. Our host Bren-don B. went above and beyond. Communication was excellent, attitude was positive and welcoming and he was just an all around genuine person. We would love to come back and specifically have him as our host!

Decent place if you feel as if a trampoline park by it self is kinda boring, you get many attractions and the staff was nice but just not many were there. Food was standard arcade food nothing special. I must say though, the laser tag was pretty boring, unlike some place like Nomads the laser tag area was very small and plainly boring. Also, the manager was a pretty nice person and a good guy. Overall This place is a 4/5 because they need some more staff and they need a larger laser tag area.
