These guys are jerks, I've only spoken with them twice and I can easily say I'd like to never speak with them again. My concrete contractor told me I could head over there to check out their concrete stamps in person before we picked the pattern we wanted. He also cleared it with the store before hand and they agreed. My husband and I took time off of work and headed down early on Friday afternoon to catch them before close and they refused to show us the stamp because, \it's up on the shelf in the back warehouse and I'd have to get it down off the shelf.\ I'm dead serious, that was exactly what he said. After explaining we took time off of work and needed to pick the design that day because we were pouring on Monday, he showed us some pictures but still refused to get the actual stamp that we drove all the way there for. The second time I had the pleasure of talking to them, it was because the concrete sealer we purchased didn't have the same coverage as advertised, and was very blotchy after application. An issue both my contractor and the store admitted to having in the past. Everyone agreed an additional coat of sealer was required, but the bucket clearly said that what we had already bought should have been sufficient. I asked that they give me a discount on the additional product required to fix the problem. The guy was a total jerk, escalated into a very accusatory tone, and was practically yelling at me by the time I hung up. His obvious answer to my request was an absolute no, he wouldn't give any sort of discount on the additional product required to fix the faulty product from the first batch. When I asked him why he didn't stand behind the product that proudly said \AH HARRIS\ right on the label, he said it's because he doesn't manufacture it, he just labels and sells it, and pockets the profits and refused to tell me who does manufacture it.

Great source for professional products and advice. They may be more tuned to tradespeople than the general public as far as customer service goes, but they are an invaluable resource if you're looking for high-quality concrete related products.
