We had a great experience here last week when we brought our dog in about 3am. He was quickly seen and everyone was kind and patient with him when he wasn't on his best behavior and feeling poorly. No services were pushed on us, everything was well explained, and we were given options for how we wanted to proceed as well as a detailed estimate of costs. Our dog was diagnosed with Diabetes and we were given copies of the lab work performed and visit summary to have in hand at our regular vet to get started on a treatment plan. We will gladly return to this emergency clinic if needed in the future.

Great doctor and assistant, very knowledgeable and my dog was seen in a timely manor. She sprained her paw on a run, hoping she'll heal up quickly. Thanks everyone.

So I would give this zero stars if I could because I took my dog to the vet today to make sure she was okay because she was not feeling well. The vet that came in didn’t even touch my dog let alone look at her or us. Just stared at a piece of paper and tried to inform us that based off of her symptoms she had an infection and had to immediately get surgery or she is going to die and she would have a good chance of survival if she got surgery. I stopped him from talking and said how do we even confirm this because you’ve done nothing. Then tried to tell us it would be 300 for blood work and about 160 for an X-ray to possibly confirm this diagnostic. This vet needs to have his licensed revoked. No doctor tells the patient or guardian that they are going to die without even looking at the patient! I had to walk out and still was charged 85 for the vet to tell me my dog was going to die without even doing his job! I strongly advise not to go here! Btw my dog does not have this infection just possibly pregnant. Feel like they would have just tried to kill my dog during surgery. Every vet and doctor goes through series of test to determine what is wrong. He wasn’t going to even do the blood work if I didn’t ask. UPDATE: Took my dog to the actual vet and there is nothing wrong with her and has been confirmed to just be pregnant! So glad I knew better and didn’t let this “vet” touch my dog!

The staff and veterinarian are amazing! They saved my dog after he ate two thirds of my sandal which included a few tiny metal pieces. They even followed up with a call to check in later to see how my dog was doing. I am forever grateful for them!

Called about bringing my puppy in, was told there was no wait. Waited 30 minutes then they finally came out and told us their xray machine was broken and told us to go else where. Wouldnt even look at my puppy. Terrible place, so glad my puppy ended up being fine. If it had been an actual emergency he probably would have died.
