It took me about a week and a half to make a decision on my car and Sam helped me all throughout the way. He was kind and helpful. He did not make me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and that really makes a difference to me. If I get turned off by a sales associate, I would normally leave. He was informative and got back to me as soon as he was able to with any concerns of mine. He made the purchase of the vehicle smooth and painless. Truck was taken in on Friday 3/19, at 7 AM I was not made aware that you would have my truck for the entire weekend. I was made aware of it Friday mid day, when I received a call that my trucks glove box was in pieces, and it would not be ready till Monday. I was left without transportation the entire weekend.
