Had appointment to get two ultrasound tests done. Checked into appointment early. Waited and waited. Final checked with the receptionist and was told my appointment was canceled after I arrived. Handed a number to call to reschedule. People were rude and dismissive. Would not recommend this hospital. Unless you are having an emergency, save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

I had to go to the ED in the middle of the night. I received fast, quality care from the entire team. It seemed everything was running at full speed in spite of the time of night. I really appreciate the help I received. Kudos to ED RN Jo (JVG) and Dr Attaway.

I went in on thanksgiving night because I was in a lot of pain. I was taken back quickly to the ER and my nurse was AMAZING. I believe she said her name was Carol Ann but I was in so much pain that a lot of it is a blur and on my discharge papers it just has the initials CJE. She was really quick to help me and start me on medication. I had to call her twice once because the pain medication she had already given me wasn’t any help at all (which when she came in she already had two more in her hand) and the second time because I had an accident and both times she came in very quickly. She was very attentive and I could tell that she truly cared. She was very sympathetic and did her best to distract me when the pain was really intense. She was so helpful and sweet I hope that every nurse I have in the future is as awesome as she is!

Went in for a chronic pain condition after running out of medication since my normal doctor passed away. I was directed by my primary care to go to the ER since my pain isn’t under control. Pain levels were off the chart causing rapid heart rate and vomiting. Other than the nurse, the staff was rude, uncaring and cold. I was told to my face I was a “seeker” and an “addict” and “this hospital doesn’t help people like me”. I was in a room for a total of 5 minutes before the nurse practitioner discharged with me with zero help or even remotely listening. I’d rather drive the 20 Minutes to a different hospital and hope I’m not dying than step foot in this ER again. No wonder this hospital has a poor rating.

Absolutely horrible billing department that is outsourced. One person said I paid off balance, then kept receiving bills. People said they would look into the discrpency but I would never hear back from them. When I would call back, they would claim to have done something, but had to go through entire situation again. Said they were to busy to call back. Horrible experience with billing. Response to VC followup: if you are truly concerned. You have access to my records and the recordings of numerous phone calls. Feel free to investigate.
