Really great, just need the finishing details, pressing isn't perfect & they group several different colour items in the same bag which can lead to colour transfer. I have never seen that in my entire adult life, all my items have ALWAYS come individually wrapped.

Dropped off Monday, promised they'd be delivered Thursday. Thursday 5pm no sign of the items. Called and enquired, told they would be delivered between 9-10am Friday. 10.30am Friday, no items. 11am Friday, no items. 11.45am Friday, success. They arrived packaged like any other establishment would package them, with the exception of the corporate hangers. They were cleaned to the same level I have received and expect from any other establishment however they cost just shy of double what I have paid and expect to pay at other establishments. What did I get for the extra cost you ask? The pleasure of waiting an additional day for my clothes, as they were late. Sorry DTD if you are going to charge the earth, at least deliver on time.

Great work, just need a bit more detail on finishing & pressing the garments. Price is high but the service & cleanliness of the stores are much higher standard than what we have seen around Manhattan Beach & LA!

This cleaners systematically overcharges customers and when you bring it to their attention they say they will tell the manager and then nothing ever happens. They assume people are too busy to check their bills or request corrections. Better to deal with an honest establishment.
