Rude attitude from employees who don't realize they are hired by the people to serve the people. Most of the time they are wasting time and having a party on the public's dime. I would cut that staff by 70% and only hire people that understand their job description. BIG GOVT WASTE OF TAXPAYERS FUNDS.

I've engaged with City Hall multiple times around permits, inspections, paying bills and simply asking questions that pertain to the City of Manhattan Beach. Everyone I've engaged with has been friendly, helpful, and provided me with the information I'm looking for. It can get busy, so grab a number and bring a book (or phone) in case you need to wait. There is parking both outside in the lot, as well as on the street. Be aware there is an alkaline batter disposal area here!
These guys make mistake after mistake and make it your problem. Really incompetent people
