This is a very nice facility tucked away on the west side of town. They have a very large tennis court and several different rooms for all your different fitness needs. I hear they have great massages too! The staff are very friendly and they have very convenient hours. I'll definitely be joining and referring friends!

Would highly recommend Doug Sellers the massage therapist. He has many years of experience and uses his knowledge as a certified personal trainer to go above and beyond when helping me solve issues with my muscles related to both stress and running. 55 for 60 mins is a huge bargain for the expert care I would get. It will be hard to replace Doug now that my husband and I have moved away.

Great environment and very clean. Jessica is undoubtedly the best masseuse I have ever had. She can cater to whatever your needs are and is very friendly.
