After some pretty rough experiences at other shops in town, I thought I'd give Bud's a go. Turned out to be a wonderful decision. They kept me informed during the process of repair, didn't push for unnecessary repairs, and made the overall process easy. My car runs like a dream. I trust the mechanics there and highly encourage anyone to make Bud's their go-to repair shop.

Long story short: Expensive, slow, unprofessional, and dishonest. After three visits I'm done trying to give this small business the benefit of the doubt. The quality of work is below average, they have never been on time, and are priced high for an independent place. You might as well go to the dealership to get better, more professional, work done more quickly for a comparable price. The last visit I dropped off a car for a 5 hour job, it took 24 days! They called me 14 days after I dropped it off to confirm ordering the part even though I confirmed it when I bought it in. To make things worse, they broke a 15 dollar part on a 900 dollar job and didn't fix it, instead they lied and said it was broken when it came in. I would have just paid for it. Never going back, wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
