Wonderful family atmosphere. Golden Gloves champions with their boxing team. AMAZING coaches and staff. People of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Definitely advise you to use the free class offer on website! It's a must see gym and a must check it out.!! KO has been operating in Manhattan since they opened in 1999. I don't know of a gym in Manhattan that has been open longer. True success!

KO Boxing is intense, demands results, and fun! If you are looking for change in workouts that will pay off this is where I would go. The coaches are friendly, understanding, and want what you want, results. The atmosphere is comfortable and encouraging. You don't feel like people are judging you or talking about you. Instead, you make friends and have a killer workout. I started boxing the summer of 217 and fell in love. The workouts are intense, but you also learn the art of boxing and a new appreciation for boxers. I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks from Boxing 101 and continued to lose weight after that. I've recently returned and everything is the same, but new coaches. This place will leave a mark in happiness.

Coach L is one the best coaches ever. She will push you to your limits, test your boundaries, and prove results. The workouts aren't the same each day so your body doesn't get used to it. She will give you the results that you are looking for. Highly recommend her and her staff!

Coach L and her amazing team of coaches provide great instruction and never ending encouragement both during group classes and personal training sessions. KO is a great place to both get in shape and build your self esteem all while learning something new. Two thumbs up from me!
