Our mail keeps getting delivered to other people in our apartment complex or just straight up comes up missing. Our driver gets all our useless correspondence and junk mail here just fine, but official documents are always missing. Have complained at the post office multiple times, but they legitimately could care less.

I’ve been using this post office for the last 3 year and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is friendly and fast. They are courteous and have helped me retrieve mail that wasn’t delivered to my home. My items are always delivered with care and on time. My postal delivery lady is also very nice and informative. I also appreciate the care they have given during the corona pandemic! I also have a P.O. Box that I’m very grateful to be able to check at anytime of day!!!

Very disturbing facility, especially when you depend on the United states mail to deliver, important documents that are critical to your life, I did not recive vital mail on six occasions including social security, and bank information, called the bank and social security and had both crudentials resent three times and have not received them , called and asked to speak with a supervisor and the person on the phone stated that they where took my number and imformation, and never returned a call , I keep getting the last tenants mail even though I marked on the letter several times , that they do not live at this location , so guess the next stop is the kansas burial of investigations mail fruad department I belive my carrier in my area is committing fraud ,

I was waiting on a package to be delivered for two weeks but the sender wrote my old address. I called the post office to see why they couldn't forward my mail since I have put a forwarding address to my new house THREE MONTHS AGO! So he said he would call the mail guy and have it changed to get delivered to my new address. Low and behold I go to check the status of my package and it shows that they never changed the address but instead put that I DIDN'T have a forwarding address and they sent the package back to the sender!!! Are you serious?! Now I don't know if I'll get my stuff back! Unprofessional and unreliable!!

Jennifer our mail carrier has put not one but TWO of my packages in the wrong mailbox she is not looking at nor reading the name or address on the package. Me and another person share the same initials and similar letters in our name, but are no way similar enough to confuse the two especially if she is looking at the package. I now have 2 items lost/stolen because of her carelessness. She is very sloppy with her route and Im not the only one having an issue.
