Terrible service all the way around. My elderly mother is in the process of getting her driveway redone. So they can not drive up the driveway. However they can run a hose up to the tanks from the front of her house. Which is under 100 feet from the road. She had Suburban Propane and that's how they did it all the time. The drivers keep refusing to do it. They keep saying they cant which is a lie. Half the time they just leave without saying anything. Its winter and she is almost out of propane and Customer Service just says we will put in a complaint, but nothing ever happens. Talk about not caring for your customers.

You used to be able to dial the local number and get service right away. Now it's near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I was told last time I called that Monday's are always a bad day to call. Nice. Apparently so are Thursday's and Friday's. Deliveries are usually on time, there's no issue there. It's just the customer service side of things. As a test I called Ressler propane and someone answered the phone on the third ring. I'm not ready to switch providers in the middle of winter, but if I don't get a call back by Monday I'll have to. Updated to 3 stars because they finally called me back after an hour. They need to give customer service back to the local branches.
Horrible service. And all you get is lies. We had ordered propane just before years end. We were told because of the holiday we would receive it by 1/7. Then we were told after having to ask a different question that we would receive our order by the 6th. That day came and went and we were now told its on the schedule for the 8th. It is now 6pm on the 8th and no delivery. Because of waiting almost 2 weeks I am almost out of propane. I can't have my heat on in fear of running out because I will not pay an extra 100 emergency fee for this company screw up

Customer service stinks! They just make up their own prices whatever they feel like feel like charging people. Worst gas company ever!! If I could give you a zero I would.
