We like to travel to Manitou Springs. And we saw that indian nepal restaurant passed by. And decided to go there next time and we did. And stuff was very friendly he gave us a try their nepal tea wich was good. And we ordered lamb carry and chicken briyani garlic naan. It seemed so small at first but it was plenty enough. Taste was little bit different but it's unique and tasty. But i think they need more serving stuff bc there is lot of customers. Def recommend for nepali food.

Babu’s is fantastic, take it from 3 former New Yorker Manitoid foodies! When they first opened we side-eyed the place and then gave it a try during the buffet lunch- WOW. Besides the food all being delicious and fresh, the service is wonderful and the owner is great. We order here regularly and hope they remain a Manitou staple forever!
The food and service was great, the only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is the owner doesn’t let the server keep the tips. Change that Babu’s, we want to know where our money is going since we live in a country where it’s customary to tip our server. If you’re going to keep what we all expect is going directly to your employees please post a sign at entry informing your guests of where the tip goes. I hope you give him the tip I left tonight after reading this. Again excellent food and service.
This place is amazing. The food was really delicious and very rich in flavour. We got a warm welcome from the owner: babu. He gave us some complimentary dessert as well. We will go there again. You should try it once... Such a beautiful restaurant.
I felt like royality! Samosa was my fav! I'll take 20 more! Yum. The 1,000 mike drive from Texas to Babus was worth every inconvenience. Highly recommend. DC
