My mother in law passed away, we are selling her house. This firm say still under contract and we must pay for her rental. We asked to have it removed, new owner does not want. Not only are we dealing with her death we have to deal with Culligan. How sad. New post below. They just took out the unit, will not give back the money they took out of her checking account. They say she broke the contract. She died. No compassion from this company. People, there are better companies to work with on your water. Please research. Find one with a heart. Better Business Bureau, here I come.
