When we bought our hours over 3 years ago we knew that at some point we’d have to replace our furnace. We just weren’t really prepared for when it happened. Our furnace strategically planned to die a few days AFTER we did our Christmas shopping. Not to mention we were already shorter than usual. Sandy Barbier was recommended to us by several people. I’m so happy that I listened! They were so understanding of our situation and was so willing to work with us in our time of need. The install day was uneventful and our installers, Chris and Jeff, were friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely gained a lifelong customer!

Chris and Dave did a wonderful job installing our new furnace. Both guys were very nice and super efficient. They were able to get the job done in a shorter time frame than I expected. They made sure the area they were working in was as clean as before they started. Chris did a great job going over the new furnace with me and my husband as well as our new thermostat. He was also able to help me get the phone app for my thermostat up and running and was able to show me how to use the app on my phone as well. Dave asked me how I wanted my thermostat to look on the wall since everyone has different preferences. I am very pleased with the work they did and will continue to use Smokey Barbier for my heating and cooling needs. Thank you for the great service.

Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Technician showed up exactly when the office said he would which was a big deal to me because i had a very busy day planned. Excellent service from the office staff to the tech that came to my house. Definitely going to use them in the future.
