The quality of their services may be top notch, but their billing and customer services is lacking. I have been trying to get a bill corrected that was billed to insurance incorrectly for months. I have had at least two unanswered “we’ll call you back”, I keep getting a monthly un-corrected bill after multiple discussions to correct the insurance, and my most recent bill is 150 higher than the last one and it’s been 4 months since the patient was last seen. The billing manager is never actually there when I call. I am beyond frustrated. I’d love to pay this bill and move on once they actually get the services billed correctly.
