I've used Basement Solutions three times over the span of twenty years: once in my first home and twice in my second home. I have to share that I'm consistently impressed this company. Each and every time that I've interacted with them, no matter who in the company I'm talking with, they are professional yet friendly. They are a small and locally owned and it shows by the level of service that you receive when dealing with them. The estimator was accurate and knowledgeable about the problem and solution. The leaders took care to ensure that my project was done efficiently. The helpers were in great spirits despite having heavy work. The crew didn't leave anything for me to clean up which was awesome because basement stuff can easily result in a mess. It was obvious to me that they all cared about my home.

Had them for interior perimeter drain with sump pump, wall braces AND radon mitigation. All three and took them only 3.5 days. VERY nice and respectful crew. They were here on time every day and worked right up the end of the day AND cleaned up after each day. The only complaint is response time...well not complaint but rather a heads up. This is a small family company with only two crews, the owner is the lead of one of them, so getting emails and calls returned took patience. Would hire again in a heart beat... But with everything done now, I don't think I'll need to
