I haven't had a lot of chance to go into Jo-Ann Fabrics, but it was sure nice to be in there got a couple of things and there's always a sale on different things.

Don't be in a rush. You'll be waiting a while.

I waited in line for 20 minutes today and there were only two customers ahead of me. There were several other employees around the store that could have been called up to the front to help. Two of the employees that were organizing shelves nearby came up to the front to grab tape and scissors and saw me waiting in line but did nothing to help the sole person at the register. Next time I need to go to Jo-Ann's I will drive all the way to Faribault or Rochester instead of driving 10 minutes to this location. TERRIBLE.

Closed in the middle of the day on Monday for deep cleaning? Seems like something that should be done before or after hours, especially when it says they're open online. Wish I would've known before driving into town in 95 degree weather with a child.

My husband and I were there on a Sunday and hardly anyone, besides the employees, was wearing a mask. Until you enforce mask-wearing, we won't be returning. It's a bummer, because we've got an entire class A RV to renovate, and that includes needing a ton of fabric for curtains. We were going to purchase fabric that day, but we're just too uncomfortable and didn't feel safe.
