Great store for almost any pet needs. I asked for assistance from 4 different employees on 3 different visits in the last week. Every one of them was knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly where to find what I wanted in their large store. Good experience on every visit.

My mom and I went into Pet Expo today asking about how to help our 4 month old kitten with his digestive system. We have looked online regarding how to help him, but didn’t know exactly how to help him. Fayth is the employee we had asked for recommendations from and was extremely knowledgeable regarding our kitten and his issues. She directed us to what kinds of kitten foods to look at and that pumpkin can help settle stomachs in kittens. She was amazing with helping us and made us feel cared for regarding our kitten. Absolutely amazing service and will definitely be coming back!
WOW! The staff are very knowledgeable (and accurate) and the store itself is welcoming and has a wide variety of items for a fair price. I purchased two Budgies (parakeets) and all the necessary supplies for a very fair price. The two birds have warmed up in matter of days and are not shy to hands. Both of them get along very well. The staff that assisted was more than willing to make sure we got the birds we wanted right down to gender and color with zero hesitation. Overall I am absolutely impressed and would be willing to drive a couple hours back again to visit. Well done :)
