I wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service in the world. I have called the Mankato office 3 times today and no one answers, I get \the person you have called in unavailable to take your call at this time\, person?? Is this not a business??? They are the worst at scheduling with new construction 2 months later \Oh we must have missed that\ WTH Then I get a letter regarding a bill for over 2k for \services\ but I have never received a bill and pay all of the utility bills online, how is this possible. So I call and I am told to call the Mankato location (yeah that didn't work) to find out from Tylor what the charge is for, his email is being sent back as \undeliverable\ WOW WOW Worst company to deal with ever!!! I will not pay any amount on an account number that is not recognized and without a bill. I hate this company, I truly wish I could pick a different company with trained people who can actually answer a question.
No one works there. They have phone, but apparently no one picks it up. I guess that's what happens when there is no one to compete with. Sucks being in a town run by a Monopoly mega giant company that treats its customers like garbage.
We moved in 2011 and settled our account with them under my name at the time, they turned around and sent my wife to collections for 100 2 years later even though I had paid it when we moved. We have no proof because it was 2011 when we threw it on there, and they posted in 2013. total BS man. Company is crazy shady. its unfortunate you can't pick your utility company
Power went out, and heat isn't working. No info from them and their phone only seems to have one line, so I'm getting the busy signal. It sucks that they have the monopoly on power in my town, because their service is awful. Probably because they have no real competition.
