I have had Cimtel for 5 years and they are horrible. I can watch any streaming service I want during the day and have as many devices as I want streaming because I pay the higher price for faster service, but as soon as it reaches 8 PM I can’t even stream a movie after taking all other devices off of the internet. It’s insane. When I call they have every excuse in the book telling me why it runs slower “more people at home, more devices connected, etc” when it’s the exact opposite. Not a SINGLE day goes by when I don’t experience interruptions. They have a complete monopoly and charge outrageous prices for horrible service and don’t even care because there is no competition.

We utilize cimtel due our rural location 5 miles west of Mannford. We pay extra for higher speed however cimtel service is very lacking. We have internet tv and not a day goes by that we lose service, interruptions, delays. Now our phones and iPhones work very slow. Actively searching for a more efficient service.
I’ve been a happy customer since 1990. If you have a problem they will go the extra mile to help. Everyone in the office are kind and courteous. The service technicians are very professional. The internet service is excellent. I highly recommend Cimarron Telephone.
With all of the craziness going on right now, people rushing to get Internet service so they can work from home. I just want to say I had a really good experience speaking with Diana (maybe Diane) today. I know she is crazy busy but she was just so sweet to me and answered all of my questions and got me scheduled a lot sooner than I thought. As far as quality of the Internet I can’t comment on that yet, but if it’s anything as good as the service I received today I think we are in luck.
Internet connectivity intermittent. Multiple daily restarts required to do anything online. Occasional outages that require more than a router restart often result in 3 to four days of delay. Cancel service and they have technicians there that day to terminate the connection. Employees often act disgruntled. And queries are treated as if they are insults. The fact is something needs to change. I have cancelled service and will not be using this company. They need a competitor. When they get one it will be much better. Those of us that have no other option but cimtel are not treated with even a scrap of dignity in terms of the service we pay so dearly for. If the connection was not so absolutely terrible then there would be no issue.
