Note we bought this house new and have lived in it about 2.5 years. We have a leak in the basement caused by cracking. We have windows and the basement door that leaks because of the wind when it rains. We have the stairway wall crumbling. The basement was full of dirt when we moved in. I had to convince them to put a water pipe over the basement drain instead of over the concrete floor. Also when they built the house next to us I had to talk to them multiple times to stop draining the water straight into our yard and by our house. In addition we had to replace the sump pump in the first year, that was at least covered by them. They are very nice people but have found the product to be poor. Be very cautious if you chose them. We had less issues from Dan Ryan Homes.
