We had a wonderful experience with Kerrie and Pocketbook Pups! Our little Loki is so confident, well-socialized, curious and playful; all great indicators of the love and care he received with Kerrie. We had plenty of time to play and get to know him before committing. She answered all of our questions and from her knowledge, its clear she's been breeding Yorkies a long time. Kerrie gave us a bunch of new puppy essentials including a bed, toys, puppy pads, food and more. She even microchipped him on the spot for us! Our 3yr old Yorkie loves his new baby brother and we're thrilled too! I highly recommend Kerrie and Pocketbook Pups to anyone looking for a great Yorkie breeder. PS. If you're thinking of getting your first Yorkie, please understand that no breeder can \guarantee\ the adult size of your puppy. Kerrie gave us an experienced estimate based on Loki's parents, litter size, etc but ultimately how we feed/exercise our pup once in our care matters too. I'd prefer a happy healthy pup over a lb here or there any day!

I got Mia from Kerri and she has been the perfect addition to my family. She is so sweet and adorable. I can ask Kerri anything and she always knows. I highly recommend if you are interested in a yorkie she can match you perfectly. I send Kerri updates of Mia's growth and just because to ease her mind that her puppy is in a good home. Her prediction of her growth is very accurate. If I ever get another it will always be from her.

i’m writing this on behalf of my mom (sherri) who just bought her sweet little puppy from kerrie. she had the best experience with kerrie, as she was super informative, friendly, and transparent throughout the whole process. we are happy and totally in love with our puppy! would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new four-legged pup :)

We do not recommend this breeder. Be careful and ask lots of questions! We specifically sought out this breeder due to her promotion of and specialization in “teacup” Yorkies. The prices were high but the promise of a “teacup” size puppy seemed to make it worthwhile. She estimated our puppy would have an adult weight of 3.5 pounds. He is now 6-months old and at the last vet visit was 9.2 pounds (almost 3 times the size she estimated), and not finished growing according to the vet. We already have 2 other older yorkies which are 4.5lbs and 5.8lbs. We wanted one the same size or smaller so he would adjust easily. Now he towers over them at twice their size. While we love the puppy, we would have preferred to pay a price more indicative of a standard size Yorkie. We followed all the instructions she gave us when we picked him up including feeding recommendations. She insinuated that we had overfed our puppy since he was larger than expected. If you plan to acquire a puppy from this breeder, make sure you ask a lot of questions and verify the parents of the puppy you observe. The purchase agreement states several reasons she will not give a refund, one of those being “No refunds because of pet’s coat or size at maturity”. When we contacted her to tell her he was much bigger than expected and we thought the price should be adjusted, she accused us of extortion and blackmail. So, don’t bother to contact her if you’ve experienced the same thing. She’ll threaten to call her lawyer and sue. Again, we do not recommend this breeder.

I bought our puppy in June of 2019. Because puppies will become family, I was obviously very nervous about the whole process. I asked many questions and requested photos and videos every few days. Throughout the entire process, Kerrie was unreal. She calmed my anxiety, not only took photos but also videos of her and family loving on and showering our baby with attention and affection, and gave me everything I needed when handing over my puppy to start his new life with our family. Winston has now been with us for around 5 months and is as happy and as spoiled as ever. I still keep in touch with this breeder because she absolutely loves her puppies and wants to know how they are doing. If you are wanting a happy and healthy puppy, I highly recommend going through Pocketbook Pups. I would never think of going through anyone else for a Yorkie.
