Cold evening in late December, I went to AutoZone to buy a headlight. Jerry and Alex provided above and beyond service. Firstly, Jerry, assisted me with finding the correct bulb and then we started some small talk that led to a helpful lead for me. I spoke to him about a local dealer that wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to change my ABS actuator on my Prius. Jerry proceeded to suggest that I give a few local mechanics who he knew a try at fixing the car. This suggestion resulted in me saving a good amount of money and time on my Prius. Afterwards, when I went outside to take a look at my car’s lights, Alex insisted that he help me change it for me. He didn’t have to but he kindly insisted. I highly appreciate the great service from these AutoZone employees!
This place is amazing. Each time I need their expertise to solve a car issue they are Johnny on the spot. Because of this they remain very busy. Do go run your errands get lunch and when you return they will be free. Today they saved me a costly mechanic bill by helping me to replace a blown fuse. Thanks to Google I was able to locate fuse on my fuse panel to control my interior lights. Within minutes I was up and running. It did not cost me a dime thanks to this companies amazing staff.
If I could give this AutoZone a award for best Auto parts store in the world, I definitely would. Yesterday I came by not knowing what was wrong with my car, Micah aka MJ was so quick to come outside and figure out what was wrong with my car. She could not get a good reading on my battery so we had to take it out. I own a Ford Escape 2015 and the battery is so hard to take out, so I asked if she could take it out cause me or my roommate are not car savvy at all. However, she informed us that legally they are not allowed to touch a car (just in case something breaks), which is totally understandable. So we ended up having to take the battery out ourselves but with the help snd guidance of employees Ricardo and MJ. They were both there to suggest snd guide us through the whole process. We were NEVER alone. We had a question they had an answer. They were eager to help, something I have never seen at an auto parts store. They double checked everything and made sure we did not spend a penny more than what was needed. I am extremely grateful I came to this location. I left with a wonderful experience and a load of knowledge I didnt know about the car. Long story short, if I have any other issues with my car I will be going back and looking for Ricardo and MJ and I suggest EVERYONE goes for Ricardo and MJ too they are the sweetest and most helpful ever. Thank you MJ and Ricardo. And AutoZone is extremely lucky to have employeed these two angels.
I walk in a guy ask me “can I help you” I tell him what I need specifically and he points me to a wall and says there’s the universals...I say yes but how will I know which one will fit? No answer. Usually they will look my car up in the computer system and tell me exactly what I need. But this guy is just there to collect checks, not to help people. Won’t be back.
