I was made to sit and wait a half an hour after my appointment time before I recieved service. Then when I was seated, the water was cold which I mentioned. The woman didn't seem to care as she worked on the person next to me. So I sat for 10 minutes in cold water. The website stated a 10% discount for new customers which I didn't receive. By the next day, the paint on my nails were already chippi g. I did not feel relaxed and I will not go back.

Recently discovered this salon in early summer. They have a clean facility, friendly staff, and do a great job with gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I have had several technicians and each one I have been happy with. The gel lasts long and has not chipped. I go every 2-3 weeks for manicure because they’ve grown out. Pedicure I have gone 1x per month with excellent results as well. No chipping. I also like I can make the appointment online and they can text and email appointment reminders.
Always professional and very clean. Love the fact you can book your appointment online! My regular nail technician Jenny is wonderful!

Today was my first time going to this nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics. One of the main reasons why I chose to go here was because when I called and asked, they said a full set of acrylics with a gel top coat would be 35, but I actually ended up being charged 48tax. I was also a little disappointed because while you can't see it in the picture, the black nail polish is not opaque. When I hold my fingers up to the light, I can clearly see right through them. Overall, they look great and the nail tech really took her time, but I'm not sure if being able to see through the nail in the light is normal or not, since I have never had this issue with any other nail salon that I have gone to.
