Highly Recommend! We are extremely satisfied with the installation and service that Eldridge & Company provided. They installed a beautiful black aluminum fence around our in-ground pool. Kathy and Loren returned our calls and messages promptly and always answered our questions. Cody and his installation crew were wonderful...very professional, respectful and knowledgeable....these guys really know their craft. We ordered the fence in May but had to wait until just recently for the materials to arrive due to factory shutdowns because of Covid. It was worth the wait. They did an outstanding job. Thank you all again.

A wind storm damaged my fence that they didn't install. They responded quickly and wer professional, punctual, and did quality work. I would definitely recommend them.
Very unhappy. They were paid months ago and still have yet to install one window in my front room. Other jobs came up that paid more and so they took priority over mine even though mine is already paid in full! Cannot even get them to reply back to me!

Wouldnt even give 1 star but didnt have a option of giving 0 stars. We had a appointment Tuesday at 5 and no one showed up or called us to let us know that no one was coming. We contacted the office today and the office manager said a an emergency came up. I get that stuff comes up but it's very unprofessional of a company to have a scheduled appointment with a customer and not show. A simple call to let us know what had happened and we would have understood. We could have had contacted another company, on that would have actually showed. Will not recommend this company toanyone.
