Ronnie is great but Do Not Build With Them! The builder rushed on a lot of things and we found a lot of cosmetics not done properly. I would advise people to stay on top of the builder and their workers especially if their painting. They hire people who don’t know how to do things right. The painting job was terrible, doors off hinges, cracks in floors. We’ve only been in this house 4 months and it’s already starting to look old. I would say go with Grand Homes, Toll Brothers, someone who values there work.

RONNIE is rude had a issue with my HVAC and all he had was excuses you would think you spend 400K on a house they would try and take care of customers. Buyers beware once they get your money they dont care
