I have been taking our company trailers here for quit some time now. They do great work. The mechanics are knowledgeable. Just try them out, you will keep taking your trailers there for repairs.

Called them and asked them for a ballpark quote to Tow a empty truck trailer from Grand Prairie back to their shop, and fix it. Gave a ballpark 500 for the tow, and whatever they charge for repair Next day truck is fixed . Tow is 1382 . 450 for a plugged Fuel line (between tanks). per their invoice \leak per driver check all fuel lines and connections found no leak check tanks found fuel returning into one side and not both checked fuel vents found one line pinched off and the other is plugged\ I don't care they charged 450 to blow some air in the line But almost triple for Towing Called them.....pricing is 400 , 2 hour minimum Gave me a discount and charged 1200 for tow. 1800 all together. they give you a quote, once they have you, you get ripped and get he real \Charges
I had ABS issue that was causing trailer tires to lock up while driving so i called these guys and they sent a mechanic that came and adjusted my brakes then ripped me off 530 for a 1 hr labor and my problem never got solved, eventually i had to remove my ABS fuses and drive to a Boss Shop in Dallas where they fixed my problem for 240. Absolutely the worst service experience I've ever had since i became an owner op
The service man who came was very helpful. On the other hand they charged me 495 for 1.5 hours and still didnt fix my problem. They told me that its 120 for the service call plus a 2 hour minimum at 100 dollars. But then the extras get added on top blindly. Would not recommend this company.
Took my rv in to get a fuel issue fixed. Wanted them to drop the tank and clean it out or replace it. Was told over the phone by crystal after calling me back that she said this would be around 2000. I brought my rv up. They stated they would have it done in a couple days. 5 days later called and rv was just brought in the shop. Was told they had the fuel tank dropped. Called again Tuesday and found out they only drained the fuel out of it. Was called back and told the cost would be 8500 to do the job. I told them I’ll come pick it up. Crystal stayed my rv was being out back together as they already started on it. Got there in 5 minutes and they did nothing but drain the fuel. No bolts were ever removed. All bolts still have rust on them. Was charged 501.04 for them to do nothing. Asked to speak to someone in charge and was told they aren’t here and don’t know when they will be back. Seems like a constant deal there by reading the reviews. Since they don’t want to take care of the ticket correctly I made some calls to attorneys.
