Very good hospital and they give plenty of advance warning that a helicopter is about to arrive and land by turning on the landing lights and blocking the entrance to keep cars and people out of the area.

The intake person did not follow COVID-19 PROTOCOL . I was mortified by the lact of knowledge!!!!!! The number i was given to get updates transferred me 4 times And when I did finally reach someone, 12 minutes later!!!!!! They put me on hold to see if they had permission to talk to me. Why did I fill out the contaminated paper , no one could tell me what the name of mymy daughters nurse. They were depending on her( the patient) to have all the correspondence..... This has been a most horrific experience! People clearly do not know how to be safe and protect my daughter coming into the ER.
