The woman administering COVID tests on 11/23/2020 is the rudest woman I have ever met. Constantly talked down to me. Also, there is no signage or messages telling you what to do once you get to the testing center! So she also yelled at me for knocking to let her know I was there when no one ever told me what to do when I got there! Then when she did call to say she was ready for me I asked if I could just walk in or if I had to knock and she responded very snarky, “you don’t know that’s why I’m calling you.” Then when I went to grab the swab she was handing me she yanked it away and very condescendingly said, “you’re already not listening.” Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered.

I would like to give negative starts if I could. The lady was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful in regards to COVID testing. I asked questions and she was not willing to answer. When I insisted, she kept repeating basic steps that I have already done. When I told her, she continued with her nasty attitude. I will tell everyone I know not to use CVS or minute clinic, especially this location. It's like you all don't want business to put the nastiest person in charge of something as serious as COVID testing.

I made an appointment and was waiting for about 15 minutes. They had already said my wait time was over 30 minutes. The lady called and told me while i was waiting in the parking lot the lady from the clinic called and said they refused to see me because i did not have a negative covid test. She said i had to make an appointment to be tested and they wouldn't have the results until 2 to 3 days after that. When i asked why they didn't say that when you made your appointment online the lady said they know it doesn't right now and it should but theres nothing they can do. End result i have bronchitis like i suspected. I will probably never go to CVS for anything. Pretty sure your not supposed to refuse medical services to a person.

After waiting an hour in the drive through line testing which I had scheduled and appointment for, I get to the window and they told me they could not do the test at that time. I asked why they didn't notify me so I could of avoided waiting in line. No answer, except do you want to reschedule. Guess what my answer was?

I scheduled an appt for the drive thru self testing for covid-19 on July 6th. I Still have not received my results. Everytime I go to My chart it says, no test results available. When I went to CVS, they said they don't have anyway of knowing what the results are because they send it to a third party lab. Today is July 19th and I still don't have any results. I have been off work waiting to get my results. I recently saw other reviews and others have also stated they Never received their results. What is going on???
