This was my first experience with this company and it wasn’t a good one. They did my children’s soccer pictures and the photographers were extremely rude. I’m paying the over 100 for both of my children’s pictures and they rushed us (hopefully the pictures turn out well). One photographer yelled at us parents when we were telling our children to smile. I realize it was a hectic day, but with some more organization it could have ran more smoothly and it would help keep the photographers a little kinder to the paying customers.

I have called several times and left messages in the general voicemail and no call back. We ordered our sons pictures online and never recieved them. We ordered a memory mate and two buttons 27 and did not receive anything.
