My daughter bought a lemonade and my grandson accidentally drop it on the floor. 1st think she said was oh and them we were trying to clean up the mess and we had to use handfuls of napkins and I I finally ask her for paper towels and she never offered to get us another one to replace so they get a

Great pretzels and sauces here. They are friendly but slow moving lines. You do wait for about 10 to 20 minutes sometimes before you get to order. BUT, they are always fresh and hot! Tastes great. The line is just crazy sometimes. Would recommend for sure.

Best pretzel I have ever had. And I used to live in Bavaria. Never had a pretzel this good there. 5 star service, quality and value. Will be contacting them to cater my kids wedding next year.

I had a very similar experience with upgrading to a lemonade. I believe it's almost 1.40 more to upgrade to the lemonade. It makes absolutely no sense why you lose a sauce because you pay more for a drink. What am I supposed to do, dunk my pretzels in the lemonade? I also feel that Michele needs some more training. She is definitely not fit to be a manager. She was very short with me and told me she doesn't make the rules, she can only me give one sauce if I upgrade to a lemonade. There should definitely be a sign posted making customers aware of this issue. The pretzels are good, but when you order a large pretzel bite you need more than one sauce and I don't feel you should be punished for choosing a lemonade. It will be a long time before I revisit this business and I will definitely not be visiting when Michele is there.
