We arrived there right when it opened on a Monday and teen staff said it had been diligently cleaned; however, there were signs that it wasn't cleaned diligently? Child's sock here and dirty mask there? Yet, there were so few customers that we had a blast and felt relatively safe, as it relates to COVID.

Nice place that looks clean, but smells like a well used gym. I have taken my kids to several trampoline parks, but this is the only one I have ever walked into and thought of a boxing gym the moment I entered. This is the only reason it receivedb4 out of 5 stars. Staff was nice and the party rooms and areas were plentiful. My kiddo had a great time and loved the private dodge ball session with just the party goers. The sign on the building is in small letters. I watched several people drive by and have to turn around and come back.
This was my family’s first experience with Urban Air and probably our last. First, we bought the Platinum package which includes “Unlimited VR”. Only one headset works out of three so there’s that. When my son’s didn’t work from beginning they sent him to the end of the line to try again on the one working one. This place is also filthy. When you reserve online it lets you choose a time frame. I thought this indicated they were trying to keep numbers small during these COVID times. Nope. It was PACKED. Packed with people not wearing masks properly or at all. Tons of employees wearing it around their chin. I cannot emphasize enough how many people are there. Would not recommend.
Had son's bday there. They had a blast! Our food did take a while cuz the oven was broke but all in all it was good time. Loved the massage chair. Also for anyone who is worried about Covid, the staff did sanitize sections every hour.
We love this Urban Air! It is clean and well-managed and there is plenty for the kids to do. Zip line, ropes course, ninja warrior obstacle course, virtual reality, rock walls, and trampolines mean kids of all ages find something they enjoy doing. Glow birthday parties are also a ton of fun!
