With In Store shopping not available My Husband and I had our doubts how this process would work on switching phone providers but the whole experience went very smoothly. We called ahead and spoke with James and once we headed to the store James knew his stuff and the process to change providers for 3 phones and purchase 2 phones went quick and smooth, we sat in our truck and communicated over the phone and when James had to deal with us in person he made several trips from inside to us in our truck in the parking lot which has to be a pain for James but he made it work and we are very pleased with our entire transaction. To the store management James is AWESOME and he is a great asset to your Company. Thank You James!

A lady name Jessica helped me over the phone since I couldn't go inside due to covid. It didn't matter that I stayed in my car. The service was still fast and very good. She helped me figure out what kind of phone would be good for me and the best options to save money. Then came out and handed it to me.

Robert was amazing. After over 20 years with att I switch. Had some issues that the credit card thought it was fraud but Robert stayed helping till we got it fixed. He actually worked almost an hour over after the store closed. Best customer service I’ve had in years.
