Great place to buy lawn or snow equipment with prices equal to big box stores and higher quality items. They also will actually honor warranties and do in house repairs.
This is a nice little gem surrounded by trendy stores on Woodward. The guys do good work, honest folks, fun to visit with.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I'm on my second snowblower and I have learned that service and repairs are best booked during the off season. If you want a warm and fuzzy place, this isn't for you. They are knowledgeable and courteous, but they are all business. When my starter cord broke last Winter they told me that they'd call when they could fit me in...and they did.
I finally decided to buy a snow blower today and went to Home Depot expecting a quick in and out. They had sold out of all but six floor models well above my price point. When I went into Manus, I briefly described the area I was trying to clear and I was given three options at varying price points that would meet my needs. They had piles of the model I came in looking for, and for the same price as Home Depot or Lowes. The gentleman I dealt with (I didn't catch his name) was courteous and very knowledgeable. I paid the 15 to have it assembled and prepped, which was well worth it. Included in that price, they filled it with oil and put gas in it. I was given a brief instructional on operation and maintenance and they even loaded it into my car for me. Just to round it out, they take care of registering the warranty and they can handle any warranty work in-house if necessary. Overall a great experience.

Terrible experience. I went in with model number off my lawn mower. The sales guy at counter said that's not the correct number. I went back checked it again and decided to order my carb replacement part online. Fit perfect and started right up. I'm never using these idiots again. Followup: They are going out of business in 2020.
