Courtney sold my first flip for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, warm, professional, authentic, and caring. She helped walk me through some of the challenges we encountered during closing and was always forthcoming with her expertise and advice. It is tough to find honest workers who are professional and hardworking at the same time. Courtney built her creditability with me and proved herself to be all that her and her company strive to be, working with the highest of standards! I could count on her for anything - whether it be advice on the layout of my kitchen floor plan or on new and upcoming investment properties! I am so glad I found her to be my realtor - in this project and for any of the future ones. Thanks so much Courtney!

I rented a property in grand prairie on Ferndale St for 11 months it was horrible constant issues with mice, dishwasher leaking which they sent non English speaking repairmen to try to fix the problems. The last straw was not getting a response for my new dryer ventilation the garage was so hot I had to open the door all the time and the mice would enter no one was sent out to fix this situation. Finally the garage roof was leaking into the garage water everywhere nothing was done either. I terminated my lease a month before it was up under Texas Prop Code 92.056 for non repairs. King Realty reported me to the Credit Bureaus for 1545.00 as a 100% OIF Disabled Veteran I tried to purchase my first home with my VA home loan but was unable due to the credit reporting by King Realty Management I was trying to purchase a small home for me and my family. I sent this to the Texas Attorney General Office and notified the Texas Veterans Commission and other groups that support veterans like myself. I will push this to the end and spread the word through social media and veteran groups across the state and local military installation not to get caught up with King Realty Management in the DFW area and Houston area as well.

Courtney was truly a blessing to work with. She is very knowledgeable, confident, professional, patient, and an overall pleasure to work with. We had such a great experience because Courtney walked us through the entire process of purchasing our new home. Courtney was able to meet us where we were and help us purchase our first home. You can tell she really cares about her clients, as she is very diligent and provides support throughout the process. My family truly recommends working with Courtney and her team.

They do not force the landlords to properly fix rental properties, the property we were renting had non-secure windows (we had to buy our own locks) and any repairs that were done were shoddy repairs, the A/C unit outside had exposed wiring that was wrapped with duct tape, cracks all through the concrete on the property were filled with epoxy instead of concrete which eventually came apart every time it was repaired. Any outside repairs that were done were covered with spray paint rather than actual house paint. Yet they wanted to raise the rent on the property even though it was in horrible cosmetic condition. We gave 30 notice and we had until Feb 28 2019 to lease the property, property owner came into the property without giving notice as required by Texas Law before Feb 28th and then told King Realty to charge us 75 for sweeping off under a cabinet, then 35 for replacing a air filter. The property was in clean condition and there were some minor things we forgot, however we had until Feb 28 to take care of these issues. ****** See below for attached proof that Property owner and Management company entered before Feb 28 and began repairing the home and cleaning and issued a check for the return deposit which is against Texas law (Per Texas law property owner must give Tenant 24 Hours notice that they are entering property). ******
