Very basic cabins. Quiet and clean. This is not luxury camping, but did not expect that. Lots of wildlife to watch. My only knock against it is the bed was not comfortable. But neither is the ground. Staff was friendly.

Great picturesque lake. Highly visited, sometimes noisy a it is close to the campsites. Very clean.
Easy access, friendly people. Lots of activities
My daughter and I was invited to join her classmate and dad. We had a blast spending some quality father and daughter time with them. Manzanita lake was fun for the two of us. We sure will return.
Cabins are basic but comfortable and they are heated. But don't forget to stay here you need to pay for park entrance, currently 30 for 7 days.
Love Manzanita Lake. We rent a kayak and canoe for one hour in the afternoon and spent a wonderful relaxing time there. We love the staff cowboy Bill very much. He was very kind and nice to kids. We would like to go back again.
You can find beauty everywhere
I had a great experience here with my wife. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The cabins themselves are beautiful. The small cabins have enough room to comfortably sleep 2 people. The beds are hard, but livable. You need to bring your own sheets, pillows, etc. Each cabin has a dedicated fire pit, and food storage area that is bear-proof. We used these a lot. You also have your own parking place in front of your cabin. There is a nearby store within walking distance that sells food, groceries, and small items. You can also rent kayaks from the store. There are bathrooms near each cabin and potable water, but they are very smelly and have no electricity or drinking water. If you walk to the main store area there are bathrooms with electricity that are modern and nicer to use. We used these often. The only downside to the camp is that there is no electricity or internet. It was hard to adjust. I expected some wifi or something, but there is nothing within an hour's drive. If you need to charge a device, the laundry room had some outlets. Overall, it was a great camping trip. The only thing I wish they had was electricity and internet. :)
