Rules do not apply to the click even if it endangers the health welfare safety of the tenants their children or their pets. If you stay in your lane pay everything on time keep to yourself and take care of your lot It does not matter if you're not part of the click, and neither do you your family your children or your pets. You will be looked down on and talked down to and you will not matter if it comes down to pleasing The Social Click.

I live in a mobile home park. Maple Del Manor has some driveways that are extremely steep and short, making it difficult to park in your driveway. The homes are closer together than I would like.

Looked at a trailer was very interested and to get down payment the next day and they sold it to someone else after I told her I had the down payment in hand. She had three other trailers available and sold the one I had the downpayment for and she knew I had it. Didn’t have the courtesy to even tell me while I went through all the steps to obtain payment. Sold it after I told her I had the down payment. Rude and inconsiderate. Will no longer be looking with this establishment. She clearly only care about commission after reading reviews on here I assume it’s a blessing in disguise.
Quiet park. If you pay your rent and stay in your own lane nice place to live. If you dont pay and cause problems probably not going to last.
