Truly amazing authentic pizza and service! This is one of those places you can eat over and over and over again and never get sick of it. They have a huge variety of toppings and their salads are delicious as well! I always build my own pizza and it reminds me exactly of how pizza tasted when I visited Italy. They use high quality ingredients and it shows in the finished product! The crust is perfectly balanced at somewhere between a traditional and thin crust pizza! They stand behind their product too. I've been eating here for well over a decade and although they rarely get an order wrong, it has happened. Each time, they've went above and beyond to make sure to get it corrected. Since the pizzas cook in such a short time you're never stuck waiting around for long at all while they correct your order. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Before the pandemic, there were always long waits at this Punch. Now, I am incredibly impressed with their commitment to keeping employees and customers alike safe, and with how easy it is to order online and pick up in-store with no waiting. The one time my piZza was not ready yet when I walked in, I was given voucher for a free pizza on my next visit. Great safety policies and great customer service!
Had good service. Got a little confused with the ordering. Had a create your own and a #8. Both were good pizzas. The #8 was a little better just because it had more flavor but was slightly spicy. The cashier recommended the #8 and she did not steer us wrong. Overall and enjoyable spot but can say I've had better brick oven pizza. Would go back still. The oven was really neat and it was fun watching them make the pizza.
I would not suggest going to the Maple Grove location to order food. I went to the restaurant to order food to go and they said it was a 2 hour wait. I then checked to order online and it said it was only a 1 hour wait for pickup. Basically they prioritize online orders only. They should put on their website to only order online. As a consumer, I would have appreciated the transparency and to not have wasted my time. Needless to say, I did not go inside to order. We took our business elsewhere. It doesn’t make sense online it was a 1 hour wait, but at the door I was told if I ordered it was a 2 hour wait. Disappointing.
This place is an absolute gem of a pizza place. I had a simple pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was surprisingly good. The toppings are high quality and the crust is light and delicious. The staff here are pretty epic as well. Overall a great place, and if you are in the area I definitely recommend stopping by.
Stopped by to get a couple pizzas and was told it was an hour wait for a pizzas that cook in 90 seconds. The store was void of customers the parking lot was empty. Its a sad world if they are doing online orders as priority over people that make an attempt purchase in the store I love Punch pizza but unsatisfied with the business model
Stopped in for a Maximus today and as always the place was packed and the food was delicious! The best part is dipping your crust in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. To die for!
Love punch! Went to Maple Grove location for the first time. Patio was great atmosphere. My only complaint was that the pizza was a bit too black on the bottom. I still ate it and would go back to this location.
