An awesome crew from MP came here to bury a DSL line at the request of Windstream. Rather than getting close to my septic, they proposed a better solution which made for a win for everyone involved. I was extremely impressed with the way they so carefully installed everything and buried the cable. The yard looks untouched and you'd never know they'd been here. Great job!!!

Employees of MP Nexlevel entered a restaurant, waited in line, and ordered food without masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. A statewide mask mandate is in effect. This irresponsible behavior reflects poorly on the company's judgement.

Company trucks are rolling billboards so when you drive all over the place like a jackwagon speeding, no turn signals, cutting people off, slamming on brakes. It makes your company look like garbage. I cannot contest to the type of work this company does but if it can't even find responsible people to drive then how can baby competent enough to do a good job!

This company did some work for century link last July/August which included digging up a part of my yard to fix an issue with the century link line that was cut across the highway from my property. They left a big hole and vehicle tracks in my yard next to the road and everything that was dug up was left a mess and covered in hay. Century link was in contact with them last fall to come back and fix the holes and vehicle tracks and mess they left when they were “done,” and no one came out before it snowed. It is now July of the next year and the work still isn’t done. Century link has been trying to get them out here since April when they realized it was not taken care of last year. A crew FINALLY came out 2 weeks ago and threw some dirt into the big hole they left, and in a portion of the vehicle tracks they left. I had asked that I be home when they come out so I can make sure it got done before they left, and the guy who I talked to was not very receptive and said no that they would be here while I was at work, so I asked what happens when it didn’t get finished and he said he would send them back out. I called as soon as I got home that day as the work was not done and he said he would send them back out... it’s now 2 weeks later and I had to call back to see about getting my yard fixed, and he said he would send a crew out tomorrow. I am not sure why it takes almost a full year to try and get my yard restored to the condition it was prior to the work that was done, and why I have to keep calling and calling to try and get them back to fix this, and then have to speak with a guy who is more annoyed than anything that he even has to come back and fix the problem. Never once has there been any sort of acknowledgement or apology for the issues, just having to deal with a guy who obviously doesn’t want to have anything to do with coming back to clean up their mess.

Very friendly place to work, employee's and office personnel offer so much and are truly friendly. I actually look forward to going to work and seeing my co workers, best place I ever worked.
