My dog broke the screen on my gaming laptop and I was terrified about how much that would cost me but it was definitely in good hands. I work in technology and was at my wits end trying to figure out what was wrong with my custom built PC. I took it in to Chris and his team at PCE and Chris work diligently over a two day span to figure out what was wrong. Not only did he figure it out. He charged me NOTHING for the labor or diagnostic. I wish I could do more than 5 stars. He was responsive when I called for updates and thorough in his explanations. THANK YOU PCE TEAM!

Went in this morning because my girlfriend’s gaming laptop wasn’t performing as it used to and we didn’t know what was wrong, the guy was super friendly and professional he said to give him a few hours and he called us back 2 hours later and only to tell us it needed a massive update, we felt pretty embarrassed to us because we didn’t think about it and he didn’t even charge us. We will definitely come back to this place just because of the customer service he provided and the generous action of not charging us.
